The Heavenly circuit Qigong practice can be used as a wonderful meditation.
Visualization technique and Imagination are very important, remember that it is our conscious mind that controls our physical world and our energy.
For those who are not very good with imagination or visualization then this may not be the practice for you as this practice strictly involves our conscious mind controlling the energy in our body in the Heavenly circuit.
We'll explain the process beforehand, including visual aides, and then guide you through a 10-15 minute meditation.
We look forward to sharing this practice with you - it is simple, beautiful, deeply connective, with profound results.
